Funding Services

Based on a strong demand from our clients located all over the world, we have spent this past year setting up funding ways and sources for their projects.

We are glad to announce that whether the project is at its infancy stage, in a startup mode, an existing concern or a full-fledged business, we have ways to either raise capital for them or find potential acquirers.

Hereinafter is a non-exhaustive list of the various ways that we have developed in conjunction with our regulated funding partners and or private investors.

Our regulated partners are mostly located in the UK and Germany and adhere to a strict AML policy as evidenced by their regulated status and in conformity with our own stringent AML policies.

  1. SEIS (Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme UK)
  2. Amounts: up to maximum of 150,000 £ Suited for businesses in their infancy.

    Excluded Business Activities

    • Dealing in land
    • Dealing in commodities, futures or goods with exceptions for wholesaling and retailing
    • Dealing in shares, securities or other financial instruments
    • Banking, insurance, money lending, debt factoring, hire purchase financing and other financial activities
    • Leasing, including the letting of assets on hire subject to a waiver for certain lettings of ships on charter
    • Receiving royalties or license fees subject to waivers in certain cases
    • Providing legal or accountancy services
    • Property development
    • Farming and market gardening
    • Activities concerned with forestry and timber production
    • Shipbuilding
    • Coal and steel production
    • Operating or managing hotels and similar establishments
    • Operating or managing nursing homes and residential care homes

    All others accepted. Please be advised that its a sale of shares and as such does not incur any debt only new shareholders for whom you have to perform.

  3. EIS (Enterprise Investment Scheme UK)
  4. Amounts: 150,000 £ to 1,000,000 £

    For businesses that are at an early development stage or just in need for financing via sale of shares.

    Excluded Business Activities

    • Dealing in land
    • Dealing in commodities, futures or goods with exceptions for wholesaling and retailing
    • Dealing in shares, securities or other financial instruments
    • Banking, insurance, money lending, debt factoring, hire purchase financing and other financial activities

  5. GXG Main Quote
  6. Amounts from 250,000 £ to 4,000,000 £

    GXG is a regulated Danish Exchange (OTC) trading in London and agreed by the FCA.

    Submission of Executive summary along with a due diligence fee. This includes the GXG submission fee and the incorporation of a UK Plc that will take over your existing company.

    If GXG accepts your company to trade and if our regulated and authorized partners and or us have interest and know where to place partly or entirely all of the shares you have to pay an extra fee for prospectus, legal, document preparation, listing fee, etc. ...

    If GXG refuses to trade your company then part of the initial fee is paid back to you.

    The total Success Fee is payable out of funding.

    Please be advised that a double listing on the OTC can also be considered in order to raise more money at a later stage.

  7. Bond Issue
  8. Amounts from 300,000 £ to 4,000,000 £ Interest coupon on notes: 10 to 12 % in £ Term 5 to 7 years Capital payable at maturity

    Submission of Executive Summary. If accepted by bond traders (i.e. they have clients willing to buy) then client has to pay a set fee. This includes the incorporation of a UK Company that will take over existing foreign company and preparation of prospectus.

    Success fee is payable once funds are raised. Annual cost for bonds: 0.5 % of face value of the bonds sold at auction.

  9. Deutsche Boerse (stock exchange)
  10. For amounts above 5 Million €

    Creation of a German AG and sale of shares on the Deutsche Boerse in Frankfurt and Munich

    Please be advised that any fee payable at the onset of the transaction, if and when required, usually is to pay for the incorporation of a German AG company to reverse merge with foreign company, to pay for the cost of preparation of a prospectus, to pay for any marketing services - if any, that might be required, any listing fees where warranted on either a public Exchange or a private marketplace for marketing purposes, to pay for any other preparation of documents as and when warranted by specific group of investors. Please be advised that this fee in no way impacts or negates our success fee payable when and only when we have satisfactorily closed your transaction.
